Suspension of Mail / Shipping Services in Some Countries
Shipping services can be delayed, restricted, or temporarily suspended for a destination. Availability varies by carrier and service, and can change after an offer is prepared.
Before accepting an offer, please check whether your selected shipping service is currently available to your country. A shipping quote does not guarantee that a carrier is accepting shipments to that destination.

USPS · international suspensions and Thailand flooding
The October 2 carrier notice lists Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Kiribati, Republic of Congo, Seychelles, South Sudan, Sudan, Turkmenistan and Yemen. The notice also lists separate Express guarantee suspensions. Check the full USPS notice.
USPS’s October 19 Thailand update reports that postal operations have resumed in some flood-affected areas, but postcodes 10520, 24XXX, 25XXX and 26XXX remain affected. Check the Thailand notice before relying on a delivery estimate.
FedEx · regional delays and suspended destinations
FedEx warns of extended transit times for Middle East shipments. Its September 22 update confirms that international services to Russia and Belarus remain suspended. Check FedEx alerts.
UPS · Middle East service impacts
UPS reports regional operational impacts and says its service guarantee does not apply to affected shipments. Route and shipment status should be checked directly with UPS. Check UPS alerts.

A service alert ending or disappearing does not mean every affected package has caught up. For an order already in transit, check its tracking and contact the carrier about any continuing delay.
