COVID-19 Information

My local date and time:

*** COVID-19 UPDATE ***

I will be limiting trips outside my home to pick up deliveries to limit risk and exposure. Until further notice, these trips now will be made 2 - 3 times per week, and only when a confirmed delivery is expected. If you choose to make your purchase yourself and you don't provide me a tracking number, I won't know a package is expected, and will not know to make the trip. MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR ORDER'S TRACKING NUMBER(S) AND EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE.

Packages will generally be made available in my package locker for my pickup within 1 - 2 business days of its delivery to my post office. For faster service, I recommend using the Purchase Assistance service so packages come to my home address. For my own safety and security, I do not give shoppers my home address to make their own purchases under any circumstances.

Please also note that some stores are running on a slower schedule with longer handling times, and some shipping carriers are lengthening delivery estimates and/or eliminating delivery guarantees during this time. Please check with the shipping carrier for more information. Wherever you are, stay safe! And thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

SUSPENSION OF MAIL / SHIPPING SERVICES IN SOME COUNTRIES:

Some countries have temporarily slowed or stopped their import and delivery process (some completely, some for only specific carriers or services). With nearly 200 countries in the world, I cannot keep up with the regulations of individual countries. I will continue to make standard offers from my database of shipping prices. It is the shopper's responsibility to determine if shipping to your country is currently available using your desired shipping type before accepting my offer. While I cannot provide storage services, I will try my best to accommodate reasonable delays.

For up-to-date information on US Postal Service (USPS) service interruptions, please visit this page. (This currently only applies to USPS shipments. Please note that private carriers like FedEx and DHL may have different policies in place that still allow delivery [or temporarily disallow delivery] to some destinations.)

Please do not hesitate to write if you have any questions.
